By using this website or purchasing our training or digital products, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all users of www.eventmentalwellbeing.com, including those who purchase digital resources, attend training, or engage in consulting services.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials (courses, guides, checklists, visuals, etc.) are the intellectual property of Leladijo Consulting and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, unless technical issues prevent access. Access links are for personal or internal team use only and may not be shared externally.
4. Course & Consulting Cancellations
Training enrolments can be rescheduled (subject to availability) up to 14 days before the course begins. Full cancellation terms are outlined during registration.
For consulting engagements, terms will be agreed upon in a written contract.
5. Liability
We offer our services in good faith, with care and expertise. However, we cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our training, tools, or guidance.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
