Events shouldn't leave us depleted

As organisers, we put care into every detail—yet too often we leave events feeling drained. Our teams run on empty. Our participants power through stress. And we call it a success.
This course is here to shift that. Without needing new budgets, big redesigns or special approvals, you'll learn how to use what you already have to build wellbeing into your event design, delivery and team culture.

Mental health first aid should be as standard as physical first aid at events.
