  • No. This course is designed to fit within your existing event model. We know you work with fixed formats, budgets, and approvals. You’ll learn how to make small, thoughtful adjustments that have a big impact—without needing to start from scratch.

  • Yes. While our main training is currently delivered in person, we are actively developing virtual versions and self-paced toolkits. You can also browse our digital tools & resources for immediate downloads.

  • Yes, absolutely. It can become your venue's unique selling point (USP) to have this in-house knowledge to guide event managers choosing their next venue better. Event organisers love venues who offer advise. It will also help react to mental health situations during events at your venue and to ensure wellbeing in your team.

  • Anyone involved in designing or delivering events. This includes event managers, producers, comms leads, venue staff, facilitators, and consultants. If you care about the human side of events, this course is for you.

  • Yes. While the course is built around the live events space, the tools and frameworks can be applied to any high-pressure, people-facing environment—especially facilitated training or workshop delivery. If you lead sessions where participants need to feel safe, energised, and included, this course will offer fresh, practical strategies.

  • You’ll receive a practitioner-level certificate (valid for one year), accredited for 14 CPD hours. You’ll also leave with a complete Event Mental Wellbeing Plan and a toolkit of strategies you can use right away.

  • No. This is a practical, professional development course. While we discuss stress, wellbeing, and mental health awareness, we do not offer clinical advice or diagnostic frameworks. Instead, we help you create safe, inclusive and supportive environments in your work.
