Reimagining Events with People at the Centre.
Because wellbeing isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.

We’re here to help event professionals, facilitators, and organisations create events that support people and planet — through better design, better tools, and better team care.

We’re on a mission to make health sustainability — the kind that supports minds, hearts, and human connection — a standard part of every event.

Whether you’re hosting a conference, a training, or a high-stakes meeting, we help you design events where people leave feeling good, not drained.

Diederick Roodt

Course Developer & Support Facilitator

Diederick is a former McKinsey & Company consultant with deep experience in people development, resilience-building and team leadership. He’s a certified coach with the Association for Coaching, and holds certificates in Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University and Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Sydney. During his time at McKinsey he has also designed training programs across industries and cultures. He now is the Learning Lead for Leladijo Consulting, building on his passion for training and development.

He brings strategic thinking, structure, and warmth to the development and delivery of this course—along with a people-first mindset and attitude-ensuring every moment is meaningful and actionable.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models or adding another heavy layer to your already full events or training programmes. Our approach is grounded in:

  • Real event constraints: budgets, formats, teams

  • Proven frameworks: mental health first aid, inclusive design

  • Immediate tools: things you can use tomorrow, not next year

  • Human connection: small shifts that change how people feel

We teach with clarity, compassion and energy—and we model the same care we ask you to bring to your events.

Practical. Reflective. People-First.
